A while back, we shared that Square Enix was reviving their somewhat forgotten 4v4 foam-party shooter by making it f2p. Well, that moment has finally arrived! All PlayStation players can now play Foamstars free and with no PS+ subscription active.
Foamstars is now free to play—no PS+ required!
As announced, Foamstars officially became free to play on October 4, 2024, at 1 AM UTC. Getting in on the action is a breeze! Just search for the game in the PlayStation Store, download it to your console, and you’re all set—no extra costs involved. You can also click the link below to be redirected.
The best part? With this new model, you no longer need PS+ to play. The more, the merrier, right?
If you purchased the game before this transition, you’ll receive a Legacy Gift that includes 12 color-variant Bubble Beastie skins, an exclusive Slide Board design, and the title “Legacy.”
