Sad news for fans of Sackboy…
While some owners of Sony’s console may be thrilled with the newly added PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games, there is also less pleasant news for active subscribers. Though it’s not unusual for games to cycle in and out of the service, this latest removal may sting for some fans. It’s been announced that a batch of 10 titles will depart from Sony’s subscription service.
Games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium soon
We’ll have to part with some truly remarkable titles. Fans of Dragon Quest games fans will especially feel the loss, as 5 titles from this franchise will be removed from the library. Moreover, subscribers will have to say goodbye to an adorable action platformer, LittleBigPlanet 3, which features Sackboy and his friends. (Fortunately, A Big Adventure is still staying with us).
The list of games leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium includes the following titles:
You still have plenty of time to finish some of them, as all these titles will probably be available until October 17. While DQ games are known for their lengthy campaigns, the rest of the games shouldn’t take you more than 20 hours to finish. For example, LittleBigPlanet 3 main story requires around 6 hours.
