According to the developer’s update on X, Frostpunk 2 has sold over 350,000 copies just three days after its official release. This is quite an achievement, especially for an indie title in the relatively niche city-building genre. On top of that, the game also launched exclusively on PC. 11 bit studios has plans to release the game on other platforms in the future, with details on those dates to come.

Additionally, the game is currently trending on Steam. SteamDB reports that it reached a peak of 35,533 concurrent players, surpassing the original game’s all-time peak of 29,361.
